FACING DEATH CAN BE A LIFE AFFIRMING JOURNEY
conversations with
BA (Philosophy), MEd, BSSc (Counselling and Psychotherapy), MSc (Loss and Bereavement)
Do you fear death?
Are you worried about dying?
Have you experienced a difficult bereavement?
HOW THIS WORKS

If you want to have a conversation about death, what it means to you and how this is impacting on your life, please contact me for an appointment.
If we decide to meet I will support you to look at death and dying and how facing your death can lead to you living a more expanded and happier life.
The session(s) will involve talk, and sometimes exercises and homework, to meet your particular circumstances.
ABOUT ME

While I have worked as a psychotherapist, grief counsellor, life coach and group facilitator, I have spent the last few years contemplating the inevitability of my own death.
From my explorations I have found great peace, having formed a more positive and dynamic relationship to death and dying.
We all know the inevitability of death yet many of us refuse to acknowledge this: in this denial we limit our capacities to live a more fully realised life.
